Day 8:Tuna Queen
Breakfast-Leftover Salmon Steak and a little toast
Lunch- Chicken Salad
Dinner-Steamed broccoli and a small baked chicken sandwich
Do you hate those people who have tuna for breakfast? If the answer is "yes" then you can leave this blog because you are currently in the presence of royalty: I am the Tuna Queen.
Yes, I know that the smell is horribly distasteful...I myself am usually the first to point fingers at people who eat smelly foods, especially before 9 am. Though I consantly cave under the pressure of B-Chat tuna (which is the best thing ever).
I looked it up and as long as you are getting a serving of protien from a lean source for breakfast, than it is healthy. So keep on, keeping on you hot messes who eat tuna for breakfast! (but dont forget you *tic-tacs)
*tic-tacs are 1.5 cals each (FTW)
