Day 11: Overview
Breakfast: Oats and milk
Lunch: Sushi (salmon skin)
Dinner: Turkey Burger
For those who have been following my blog to day 10, I would like to thank you for your continued support! For those of you who are just reading this for a first time YOU'RE LATE...GET THE HELL OUT! No I am kidding, you may stay (only the sexy people).
Currently I weigh 153, when I started this diet I weighed 165. In my defense, I had just come back from an all you can eat disney vacation that was payed for by my parents. Anyway, Looking into next week I plan to go veggie. I am very excited to take this next step and plan to give an overview of my weight by the end of the week. I will be busy this week so I will post all about it next Friday (As much as I love you people, a guy needs to get a life)!
