Rules of the Diet:
For the next month my plan is to eat healthier. Today is my first day that it actually starts, although I have been eating healthy for the last week. This week I will continue to eat only healthy foods with 3 small meals and snacks. The following week I am going to count calories and set a limit for my specific body type. The third week I will plan my meals. The last week I am planning to become a Vegitarian.

Through out my diet I will not eat any red meat, cookies, white bread, non whole wheat pastas, or fatty dressings. I have already lost 6 pounds watching what I eat in the last 4 days and I am excited to see what foods I like and what I won't like as I continue my diet.
