Day 1: Starting out
Breakfast-Cheerios
Lunch- Salad (with tomatoes and chicken)
Dinner- 300 cal. pizza from Jenny Craig

 Day one went very well, it was very hot and I found myself outside a good portion of the day. I made it appoint to drink lots of water. Drinking water is an important way to lose weigh because it absorbs the sodium from the foods you eat and water will make you body think that it is full by drinking it before a meal.

  3. Malcolm, have you considered chaning the title so that the subtitle appears in the description instead of appearing as a part of the masthead. It may make a more streamlined design...
