Though my diet and posts do not offically start until Monday, I wanted to share something I found this week while on a journey to Kings....it's worth the look...trust me!

Boathouse dressings are the new hot way that dieters everywhere have been losing weight while still being able to enjoy their salads. For only 2 teaspoons they are all around 45 cals or less. THEY TASTE BETTER THAN ANYOTHER STORE BOUGHT OR RESTAURANT OWNED DRESSING I HAVE EVER TASTED! I did some snooping (read the lable nbd) and found out that the secret lies in its yogurt base. And as we all know, having one serving of yogurt a day will help burn off bellyfat. For 75% less fat and 55% less cals this is salad gold!
Boathouse dressings come in seven flavors. I tried the parm, the balsamic, and the thousand island dressing. Each were delicious and when I paired them with carrot sticks and celery they only go better!!!! They were a great snack after working out and I almost had to refill my dipping bowl while watching 30 Rock.
