Day 5: Making Good Choices
Breakfast- Greek yogurt and an apple
Lunch- Chicken Salad (tomato and cheese)
Dinner-Salmon Steak (home made)

While losing weight it is important to eat the rainbow. By that, I mean you cannot simply eat just veggies or just meats, it is important to get every different type of food in your body to get the nutrients that is needed to perform throughout your day.

Along with eating properly I have been keeping myself active by going to the gym everyday after crew practice. So far I have lost 6 lbs and currently weigh 159 lbs.

Personal Weight loss tip of the day: Today, I found that switching to simple oil and vinegar on my salad for lunch is a much healthier choice than using the school's high calorie dressings.
