Day 4: Chocolate!!!!
Breakfast- Raspberry Greek Yogurt (my fav)
Lunch- samon skin rolls
Dinner- Meatloaf by Jenny Craig



Since I started my diet, I have been having bad dreams that I am eating a large bag of M&M's by myself and turn into violet beauregarde...before I wake up to myself covered in sweat. The truth of these dreams lies in the fact I have suddenly cut chocolate from my diet *(Please note I specifically never mentioned chocolate in my diet guide). Me without Chocolate is like Charlie Sheen kicking his tiger blood addiction or Tiger Woods going cold turkey on his mistresses...wrong I know...

Luckily there is hope...

As silly as this looks, these tiny chocolates are both filling and tasty! I swear by them and you will too!
