Lunch- Meatless bean burrito
Dinner- Chicken noodle soup
As a child I had a dream....a reoccuring stress dream that one day I would need to grow up to a world without Pasta and Pizza at every meal. I am happy to say, that today is the day I will man up enought to plan a diet for the next month. Everyday, I will post what I eat and the fun recipes I have found on this humorous journey, until I reach bathing suit season!! My mission is simple, eat to get a healthier me.

Rules of the Diet:
For the next month my plan is to eat healthier. Today is my first day that it actually starts, although I have been eating healthy for the last week. This week I will continue to eat only healthy foods with 3 small meals and snacks. The following week I am going to count calories and set a limit for my specific body type. The third week I will plan my meals. The last week I am planning to become a Vegitarian.

Hey All,
This first blog is all about my mission statement. Using this as my senior project I will be motivated to lose weight the healthy way. I am very excited to start this quest towards adventure, romance, fruit smoothies, skinny jeans, and not being marked as the "hefty one" when I go down to the shore with friends.
