Rules of the Diet:
For the next month my plan is to eat healthier. Today is my first day that it actually starts, although I have been eating healthy for the last week. This week I will continue to eat only healthy foods with 3 small meals and snacks. The following week I am going to count calories and set a limit for my specific body type. The third week I will plan my meals. The last week I am planning to become a Vegitarian.

This first blog is all about my mission statement. Using this as my senior project I will be motivated to lose weight the healthy way.
